Yoga for Beginners -
Learn the Basics of Yoga & how to support poses with breath. Learn to develop balance and to build strength & flexibility. This class also helps release tension. A great start for your first yoga class.
 
Mixed Level class -
A class for people who have practiced Sun Salutation & have a strong base of standing postures. Also, learn to adapt the movements of various Asana Flow smoothly from one pose to the next.
 
Corporate Yoga -
Businesses, large or small, can use Yoga Chikara as part of their wellness programs for employees. This boosts their morale & productivity. We design fitness programs for the workplace to bring health awareness to the employees and to help them alleviate tensions or stress. A person who has no body fat does not mean that he or she can overcome stress or anxiety. However, regular yoga practice quiets the mind & strengthens the body. Yoga helps a person achieve a sense of peace & balance. Some yoga poses release the neck and shoulder muscles alleviating neck pain. Other yoga poses strengthen back muscles to help heal back problems. As a result, many stress related illnesses diminish. Stress decreases and productivity increases.

Stability balls are perfect for developing balance, coordination, and core strength. Incorporating stretching into your routine improves flexibility and gives you a better body. At first stretching may feel slightly uncomfortable, but it will not be painful. As you progress you will learn how to gradually stretch into the desired position with ease.
 
Healthy Cooking -
To nourish your body, learn quick & easy ways to prepare delicious & nutritious meals
