- What do I bring to a yoga class? One yoga mat & a bottle of water for yourself.
- What do I wear to a yoga class? Clothes that are fitting & comfortable. (T-Shirts, leggings, exercise pants) No tight jeans.
- What should I eat before a yoga class? Light & nutritious meal or snack. It is best not to have a full stomach at the time of your class.
