I have always been active in promoting wellness to people of all ages. I first became certified with N2Yoga affiliated with Yoga Alliance & later studied to become a trainer in Pilates Reformer & Pilates Mat. I believe that an exercise routine should be designed to fit into each individual’s needs & lifestyle so that he or she can stick to the exercise program with consistency. Besides following the maxim of early to bed, early to rise & regular exercise, it is also crucial to nourish the body with healthy meals. We work hard so that we can play harder.

The important things you will learn about Yoga:

Centering - focus, to be present
Breathing - take deep breaths to support the pose
Listen to your body - practice at ease, at your own pace, let your body tell you what feels right
Releasing - exhale and find release at the end of the pose
Relaxing - relax and move gracefully
